Viral Playlists Digital: Hey CaZe! We’re excited to be working with you on the release of Indomitable, Vol. 1. What inspired the name of the EP, and what does it represent to you?
CaZe: Hey! Thanks for having me. Indomitable, Vol. 1 is all about resilience and pushing through life’s challenges. I’ve been through a lot, both personally and career-wise. The word ‘indomitable’ perfectly captures that fighting spirit. No matter what life throws at you, you just keep going, you know? This EP tells that story — my journey from Lagos, the hustle, the setbacks, and the wins.
Viral Playlists Digital: The lead single, Tomorrow featuring Buzzi Lee, is already creating buzz. What was it like working with her, and how did the collaboration come about?
CaZe: Working with Buzzi Lee was amazing! She’s super talented and brings this raw energy that perfectly fits the vibe of Tomorrow. We connected through mutual friends in the industry. When I sent her the beat, she was like, ‘Yo, I’m jumping on this!’ The rest is history. We wanted to create something that speaks to the everyday struggle but leaves you feeling inspired and ready to chase your dreams.
Viral Playlists Digital: You’ve worked with heavyweights like Lil Kesh, Sarz, DJ Maphorisa, Olamide, and Orezi. How have those experiences influenced your sound and creative process?
CaZe: It’s been a blessing, honestly. Every artist I’ve worked with has their own unique style, and being around them taught me a lot about versatility and staying true to myself. I think you can hear some of those influences on Indomitable, Vol. 1, but with my own twist. It’s all about growth and constantly evolving.
Viral Playlists Digital: The marketing plan for this EP is huge. From TikTok live events to influencer campaigns and media tours — it’s a whole movement. How do you see the role of marketing in your creative journey?
CaZe: It’s super important, man. You can have the best music in the world, but if nobody hears it, what’s the point? The marketing side of things is just as important as making the music. I’m blessed to have Viral Playlists Digital backing me. You guys know how to really push a project and make sure it reaches the right audience. It’s all about the hustle and making sure the world hears your message.
